Johnossi are a Stockholm based rock two piece that created waves with their self titled debut originally released in 2005 on very small indie Rekord Musik. The act quickly became the talk of the Swedish indie scene and soon found themselves opening for The Soundtrack of Our Lives on their Swedish tour. They caught the attention of V2 Music and were signed and the album was re-released with additional tracks in 2006 and it quickly found fans outside of Sweden. In GSA especially the band's hard stomping melodic blues drenched indie rock gained great acclaim on the live circuit where they opened up stadiums for both fellow Swedes Mando Diao as well as #1 selling German act Sportfreund Stiller. The new album has been a while in the making and sees the duo paired up with producer Jari Haapalainen (The Concretes, Ed Harcourt, Camera Obsucra, Laakso etc) and delivers 10 hard driving tracks that gain something new with each listen.
