We loved his debut, so it's not surpise "A Force Of One" has me doing a double take. Ari Shine sounds like a version of if Elvis Costello returned to his "Armed Forces" roots with Matthew Sweet, The Argument and Superdeluxe. He reminds us a bit of Paul Melancon, Eytan Mirsky and Digby, but it`s the long lost spirit of classic early/mid period Elvis Costello that hits the the proverbial sweet spot.
